We are a small precision sheet metal shop that is an approved supplier for Raytheon and we were very fortunate years ago to get referred to Precision Machinists Co. in Chelmsford Ma., by a engineer who wanted us to quote a complex assembly job, in which Precision had the capabilities to machine. That job turned out to be the biggest order in... our history and Precision was a big part of our success. Since then, we have been able to take on similar projects that I’d never let other shops do because of my confidence in themthey have always come through for us. We have a good working relationship starting with the owner, front office people and the engineering programmers. Quotes are returned and orders are acknowledged in a timely manner. If there are any questions with prints or cad files, they are quick to reach out to resolve any issues. Quality has to be 100% and it always is. Pricing is reasonable and delivery needs are met. In the rare times they are running behind on an order, I’ve been given advance warning way ahead of time. Deliveries are never an issue.
