Precision Machinists Co, Inc was started more than 30 years ago by James Smith. Since then, Ken Dow, the vice president, has taken the company to new levels of expertise & accuracy….striving to best each year in customer service, on-time deliveries, technical expertise & safety to his employees.

14 Hardinge CHNC 3 Precision CNC Chuckers, 2 Hardinge Conquest GT27SP Autoload Chuckers, 1 Nakamura-Tome GR-203 TW-10, 2 Nakamura-Tome TMC-18, 2 Fanuc Alpha T-14A/PC-2 Robodrill, 2 Fanuc Alpha T-14iBL Robodrill 15000 RPM (5 Axis), 1 Matsuura MC-510 VG Vertical Machining Center, 2 Matsuura MC-600V Vertical Machining Centers.
CNC Machining
Precision Machinists Co, Inc offers complete CNC machining, CNC Turning & CNC Milling, prototyping, & services production (up to 10,000 pieces). Most of our computer-assisted manufacturing machines are less than three years old. Our CNC Turning machines have speeds of 5000 rpms with rapid movement of 400 - 800 inches per minute. Many of these our CNC turning equipment incorporate 12 foot hydraulic bar feeds and 12 station gantry units to allow uninterrupted processing of material. Our capacity ranges from approximately 1/16 diameter to 6 inches in diameter.
Machining Capabilities By Material
Aerospace Super Alloys or High-Performance Alloys, which are an alloy with superior mechanical strength and creep resistance at high temperatures, good surface stability, and corrosion and oxidation resistance. Superalloys usually are face-centered cubic and austenitic. A superalloy's base alloying element is usually nickel, cobalt, or nickel-iron.
